Also, I did chose the 19" option based on the sellers recommendation, should this help my case in any way.

The frame is sent already, so either I'll have to return it, or live with it. When checking with Merida's recommendations, the TT seems to be right, so I might be ok with it?? Would using a set back seatpost help?

Don't use a setback post to adjust "reach". Your seated position relative to the BB should be the same regardless of frame size.

I received the frame today, and it looks really good on the outside. On the inside though, it's a lot of loose carbon fiber (not bonded in the ends) and visible glue in the bb area. Is this to be expected? I've just sent Peter a mail, addressing the possible issue. I'll take some photos in the morning.
