Climax carbon are 135g for a full length post and ~£50 if you use the "best offer" option. Don't worry, they do unbranded ones!

The seller I found wants $80 USD under best offer. Who did you purchase from?

interrested in this as well. The Ti prolite is pretty tough to beat for the weight and durability aspects, are the climax really that strong?

I did some research and found a thread showing a broken Hylix which seem to be the same as the Climax carbon zero offset. So, I am crossing that off the list.

Like I said, the Ti Prolite is really nice for the weight-price-durability (although I saw some broken Ti prolite).

Perhaps there is a way to tune the KCNC but I guess it is already pretty optimized

Except that you could say that about almost any brand! It's pretty easy to find pictures of broken posts from KCNC, New Ultimate, Thomson etc.

Uh, I'm pretty sure you can find broken Enve, Tune, or any other brand seatposts, too.

That's a bit ridiculous, to be honest.

probably, like I said, I saw some broken KCNC yet mine have held strong. Im not going to risk a broken seatpost during a race though, especially when it is some obscure ebay carbon thing
