I wonder if its possible to use Narrow Wide Oval Single Chainring on a single speed bike ?

Small bikes for kinds and city bikes with 3/7 gear hubs have oval chainrings too.

Yes you can, as stated make sure you set chain tension at point of max tension (larger chainring diameter vertical) it onloy has a small effect but it can be significant!

Just to back up, I use a 34 Qring narrow wide on my SS. It works perfectly.
Weight 74.4kg, FTP 303W => 4.04 W/kg
