The headline actually says it all.

I want bigger wheels but have no money for both new frame and wheels and I like the lightweight frame on the Scale.

My frame is size L.

I have seen it done with Scott Spark but I can't really find anything about a conversion done with a Scale.

Thanks but that is a Spark, not a Scale.

There is scale stuff on page 7.

Summary: it can be done, but only with small tyres. <2,1".

Why not just measure up, with the same (actual) size tyre the tread and side blocks will be 13mm further out than they are on 26" wheels (1" bigger diameter, 1/2" bigger radius), most 26" frames will take 650B wheels but low mount front mechs can be an issue as they are in the worst place, some protrude rearward a lot less than others though, or run a high mount or 1x and it fixes that issue! At the front you'll probably need new forks unless you have Fox forks which are generous enough on clearance to be able to run 650B tyres.

Forks and fd are no problem.

Measuring is not as easy as it sounds though... :(

Chainstays have an odd shape. But it should be possible.

I think it is very close.

You should be able to judge by eyeball easily enough once you have a reference, that or cut a piece of card to the tread profile and repeated 13mm further out and place on the tyre as a gauge!
