Can someone direct me to a website which can describe the correct setup for a mountain bike.

My Chiropractor has advised me to ensure my setup (saddle and bars) is not placing excess strain on my lower back and neck.

Stuff like:
saddle in relation to the BB
degree of bend in the knee when leg is fully stretched
distance between saddle and bars
etc

bike is a hard tail and riden both on and off road XC.
I'm 5' 8'' and 175lbs

thanks in advance.

weight concerned = good, weight obsessed = bad!

I'd highly suggest going to a respected bike shop and have them properly fit you.

This is the first thing I'm going to do when I get some money together...probably in the year 2020
