I'm looking at switching to XX1 on my 29er. I considered going the Acros hyadraulic route but prefer the simplicity of 1x11. The bike uses a Sram GXP press-fit bottom bracket. Sram offers the XX1 crank in both 168mm and 158mm versions. I'm not sure which I should go with. Any suggestions?

You need to know if the 158mm doesn't hit the chainstay.

Unfortunately the bike is in California and I am currently in Virginia. No way I can measure. I have an amazing offer to get a complete XX1 group at a huge discount. But I have to buy today. Don't want to miss an opportunity but also don't want to buy the wrong crankset.
