I think,I will put 34t chainring(gear calculator),it should be the best choice.

I run a 34 x 11-36 gearing on my 650 and that works well for me. It really depends on whether you are a grinder or spinner and how strong you are.

What works where I ride may or may not work for him. Information gives a point of reference
In Michigan race speeds can average 15 mph. In a 19t rear at 100 rpm is about ~14.9 mph (Sheldon gear calculator). http://sheldonbrown.com/gears/ may give a more tangible idea of what may work for where and how you ride.
