Just bought a Superlight 9.3Kg
Cube Stereo 120 Super HPC SLT 29er - beauty

Comes with a great spec BUT I really can't manage a full carbon saddle - weight weenie @ 105g

Full carbon can be supremely comfortable, I wouldn't discount a specific material of saddle. Shape dictates comfort to the greatest extent IMO. I personally get along really well with a Speedneedle but you have to experiment to find the shape that works for you.

There are some of these saddles in the cycling club that I am a member of. This saddle is very stiff compared to a Speedneedle/Smud (have owned/currently own). Also, the shape is very different, it's quite flat. Also, the edges are quite sharp...

The owner of one of the saddles have had it covered in leather at a shop nearby. It looks really great, and I assume it's more comfortable as well. It didn't add a lot of weight.
