U have to use the Enve-Tubeless Tape (Gorilla-Tape)
Put in the Tubless-Valve (Should be all with the Bike ;) )

Put on the Tires with about 100ml of tyre-sealent.
U will need a compressor. The Enve Rims are not the best to pump it up with a normal floorpump.

REALLY IMPORTANT!

Thanks Chriz. Are you saying the Enve tape and valves should have come with my bike? I didn't get any with it.

I'd use Notubes tape or similar instead. It's lighter :)

How do I work out which width I need for my Enve M50 rims?

The Notubes and similar tapes didnt work 'out of the box' with the carbonrims.

AND YES, this should be delivered with the bike!

Ask the dealer! :!:

What do you mean? Notubes tape worked fine on my ENVE 29XC rims, and Mcfk rims too.

Thanks, I've emailed my dealer to ask about it.

Just in case my dealer doesn't provide me with the Enve valves and tape, what did you have to do the make the other tapes work?

Really? It doesnt glue on the matt raw carbon structure. :noidea:
Tune and notubes didnt hold the air.

On my old roval control rims i put a thin layer of clear coat (normal spray can) After thaat i had no problem.

What is the distance between the chain stays where the tire sits?

Looks to be 80mm+ from the last picture, will it fit 650b+ tires?

Hi,

I ordered 2 handmade carbon wheel sets for my FSI Carbon 1 with the official 12mm offset, both with dt240s hub, but after mounting them this is a bit too wide. 10mm offset is ideal according to me, just to let you know my experiences.

One set laced on Duke Lucky Jake rims, another on Nox Skyline rims.

Hello everyone,

I'm new to this scene and from beautiful British Columbia, Canada. As some of you may know, we're known for Whistler mountain and the North Shore mountains. Anyways, looking to get a 2016 F-SI Carbon 2 in Orange and don't like the look of the new stem. I prefer the cleaner look of the previous OPI stem and was wondering if it's possible to convert back to an OPI stem. If that's possible, what exactly do I need in order to make it work?

Cheers,
