Well, that's just annoying!
Thanks for clearing it up though.

I would like to know the size as well. I was under the impression that the carbon 2 was above 22lbs. I was alittle surprised when I heard they were that heavy. All the other models would be out of my price range.
What else have you dont other then the saddle/bar/stem?
Thanks

It looks like a small.
Regarding the weight, be aware that all the F-Sis come with heavy tires and tubes. I think the Carbon 2 is more like 9.6 kg out of the box. A friend of mine has a large F-Si Carbon 2 with Chinese carbon wheels that weighs around 9 kg including pedals. My large F-Si Team weighed 8.9 kg out of the box, and I'm hoping for sub 8.5 kg with new wheels, and lighter seat post and saddle (original goal was sub 8 kg, but I'm not sure anymore, we'll see I guess).
It's a bit heavier than a corresponding F29 Team, because of the heavier fork (the XLR became about 250 g heavier), and because you can't use a 140 mm rear disc. So an F-Si Team is about 300 g heavier than an F29 Team.
I will provide some more weights when I get the time to put both bikes on the scale.

Thanks. I am surprised at the gain in the lefty. The front end of the F-Si 2 felt noticeably heavier in the front, just by picking it up.
Im hoping that I can make a demo ride at some point this year to try one out.

As mention by the_marsbar it is small . Mine weighted 9690 gram out of the box without pedals. I weighted the fork and it came in at 1630gram so its much heavier compare to hybrid .
Below are the things have done so far
-Remove tube and gone tubeless with RHC Flatfree sealant
-Swapped the Si crank with SiSL 2 SRM Spider
-Change from 180mm front to 160
-Magura MT6 to Formula C1 for now only because the Magura will not take 160 rotor upfront ( waiting for the formula R1R delivery )
-C2 carbon handle bar to FSA Kforce 685 133 gram at 650mm
-Standard saddle to Tune Speed needle 98gram
-Changed to Leonardi 80mm -25 stem gained 60gram
- Xpedo Ti Ti pedals 210gram
Currently the the bike wight 9540 gram, not exactly a ww but handle better on the twitchy trail compare to my F29 that is at 8420gram.
Hopping to bring the FSi s final weight close to 8500g with RHC Components Carbon wheelset , Formula R1R brakes and RaRa RoRo EVO Tires.
We will see .

When you compare the Lefty 2.0 to the Hybrid, remember that it is much burlier, has 10 mm longer travel, and that the damper resembles the damper in the SuperMax, but set up for XC (quote Eighty-Aid). Also, you can now run a much wider range of stems (down to 60 mm, maybe shorter).
The rims of these RHC Components wheels looks exactly like the Chinese carbon rims (hookless, 22 mm inside width). Are they cheap as well?

I have contacted them and they offer crash replacement plus customer service seem ok so I will given a try . The price is reasonable will not cost an arm , a leg plus lung.
I have some improvements on my F-Si2:

I can´t tell you the weight, because i don´t have the proper scale.
I´m still waiting for some new components: an oval 34 chainring from Garbaruk, Ergon grips and new blue Eggbeaters 3.
I´ll be back soon.
