I'm trying to shift some weight from my DH bike and am looking for some weights.
Hutchinson Octopus 2.3 tyres
Hutchinson Octopus 2.3 tubless tyres
Michelin Compi 16
Iam currently running normal Octopus tyres with Hutchinson green tubes (Which are 238g), I know the tubeless versions are heavier but are they 238 heavier?

i don't think it is the right place to save the weight...
try to use normal XCtubes(cca 150g), but you have to count with punctures :D i'm riding them on my FRbike and it's ok... but i'm not riding extremes...

Michelin has (planning?) a Hot S in a 2.5. This is ment to be a light side wall tyre like their 2.1 not the DH casing they use on their 24.1.

First heard about this 8 months ago, but the Australian importer is yet to see any.
