People had success using Mavic adapters: http://forums.mtbr.com/wheels-tires/rea ... ost9833184.
Otherwise I'm sure you can CNC 2 adapters which will fit the hub.

Problem with the Mavic adapters is they only fit in the very end of the axle. If the axle is just end caps at that point, you're gonna break something.
Today (at interbike) I saw Vittoria wheels. Besides that general surprise, one thing they had was a 15-QR adapter that would certainly work on almost any hub. It was simply a 15mm axle, 100mm wide, with little 9mm OD bits on the end and a hole through it all for a quick release. One would only have to make sure that the manufacturing tolerances were such that the adapter was no wider than the hub end caps, or the adapter would secure to the fork with the hub allowing some free play.

I've had success with one of these that I bought off a seller mtbtools on eBay. Not weight weenie, but certainly does a great job at a good price. http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.vi ... 19&alt=web
