does any company make a lightweight, non quick release, 142x 12mm thru axle?

Yes, just not cheap.

This page on Carbon-Ti shows all the crazy thru-axle combinations. Length, head interface and thread all varies.

I believe extralite and FRM also make a 142x12 bolt thru. But again, not cheap

That is very nice.

Could you help me figure out what size I would need for a Yeti SB95C?

Holy thread resurrection Batman!

Mt Zoom are doing a decent range of thru axles here, at a good price. Got a 142x12, 43g on my scales, nicely made, good deep head. Better than the Maxle it replaced!
