Hey all,

The canyon impact protection unit is brilliant! pictured in the link below,

Anyone know if something like this exists to protect non canyon frames (third party)?
And additionally are there any alternatives to this that will protect a carbon top tube. Ive crashed my alu frame with just paint chips as consequence but i don't know how well my new carbon frame will fair in similar situations.

It's not quite the same thing and not suitable for anything other than small frame tubes, but it does a similar job and there are a few similar products that would be more suitable for a modern MTB

Or you could put something soft on the back of your shifter or whatever hits the frame. That would look better IMO.

tat acros system looks like a winner! i wonder how much stress those little screws cause on a big stack, reckon across is a safer bet !
