Like axles for 15mm thru axle forks and 142 rear?

Where can I get these in the USA?
I see that FRM, Tune and Ti-carbon make them.
I need them to fit a Fox 15mm front fork and a Santa Cruz 5010 142mm rear.
I know that the Syntace X12 does not fit.
