low stack headset cap and titanium bolts use

2 questions here

1- Where can I find a very low stack headset cap such as the slam that stem ones? The slam that stem are not available anymore on their website.

2- When using Ti bolts in aluminium or steel socket, should I need anti seize paste? Will simple blue loctite do the trick in areas that are most stressed (brake calipers)?

I've always used finish line ti prep where ti comes in contact with alum or steel, never had a problem but a little goes a long way.

Ti-Prep is fine on things like lever clamp bolts that don't need to maintain a high torque but on higher torque stuff like caliper bolts, rotor bolts, etc then threadlock is much better. Same anti-corrosion benefits but less chance of a bolt working loose. I'd be inclined to say think of Ti-prep like a grease so if you wouldn't grease a bolt don't Ti-Prep it

well, the shop hasnt replied to my email asking if they would ship to Canada.

I will try to make a homemade headset cap setup, using thin spacers and a rubber seal
