Where does the silver bolt on the scale go? Is it part of the adapter? EDIT: Just realised, I guess the silver part is the female thread that sits inside the lever clamp???

I'm going to have the same problem with a new bike ( XX1+XTR)

Is there any chance you could use the match maker piece to mount a Remote Lockout from a SID XX WC under the bar to a Shimano XTR M98 lever?
