If you're just looking at the shifter and not brakes. Then the lightest options are still the Mini I-Link and the Aican Bungarus which are both the same in weight. Using a Powercordz cable inside them would be the lightest option followed by using a Kcnc titanium cable.
Ashima has a new one coming out called Nomet which is not a segmented alloy but is more like the older Tune plastic stuff. They are claiming it's 65% lighter than standard housing, but I don't have an actual weight on it yet.

I use Powercordz prime system. When cut to fit on my internally wired MTB they weighed 31g complete (housing + wires). They work perfectly for me, although I feel more confident on normal steel wires + eg Alligators. My Powercordz wore out this fall after 2 years of use, and I'm going to order the same system once again. Maybe the swift system for a new look?
