chainring for 120 bcd, questions

I have a Raceface with a 120 bcd chainring. I am looking for a new outer chainring. The Original Raceface didn't convince me because of a little chainsuck. All the other rings seem to have tread on the mounting holes. Can I use on of these? I guess I need other bolts then, or can I simply remove the thread and use the standard bolts?

I would like to try the BOR rings btw, any reviews?
