On-one Lurcher 29er Build

Plan to get back into racing some XC, so grabbed a Lurcher frame while they were on offer over at On-one









not the lightest brakes ever, especially with the braided lines, but its not an all out "build as light as possible" more a mix of performance and durabillity to an extent build, so i didnt mind that, also having used them before and liking them i thought why not

Looks like a solid race bike! Do you happen to have a weight for the stem and seat post? I've been looking at them for a while, they're claimed weight sure is nice!
Also, If you remove the cable guide on the bottom of the fox fork you can loose ~50g, and if you move the cable entry on the remote lockout so that it faces forward it makes for a bit cleaner routing (less cable housing too). not much progress...dont have a headset press so borrowing one today, hopefully get more done to it

had to improvise with a rotor as the bottom cup was too large for the press to hold onto

According to CB that stem is 125g for a 100mm, while the bars are 160g for risers

stated weights on boxes for what i have

80mm stem: 125g
600mm flat bars : 132g
350mm seatpost: 157g

dont have scales so i can't accurately weigh anything unfortunately

contemplating putting a spacer under the stem as there isn't much room to play with, due to the stems design...

thoughts?

I'd always start with at least 20mm of spacer and play with stem height, get it right and then and only then do the last steerer vut!

Steerer cut and everything roughly bolted up and ran cable wise bar shifters
