Hi Tehan,

Are you planning on introducing RaceFace Cinch direct mount chainrings?

Hi,
Yes, Cinch is already designed. Going to production in early Jan and ready for sale by end of Jan.
Only ovals and only in 32T at the minute. Other sizes will follow soon.

For double chainring you can't use narrow-wide or direct mount. Why not just use Rotor Q-Rings or something similar?

AbsoluteBlack has never made chainrings with shift ramps - only narrow-wides. I don't see how you can trust a design that has never existed. :noidea:

I've been using the absolut black xx1 direct mount chainring for a week, and there are now some burrs at the point where the chain is at the lowest point in the chainring, looks like this is pretty quick. Did only 70km in small trip with little mud. Anyone has the same quick wear??

That kind of wear sounds normal. Mine look knackered quite quickly but never stopped working well even many, many miles afterwards

Yes, been waiting for almost a year now for the S-Works DM rings. They were supposed to be out last summer, but they won't even answer emails if you ask about it now. Doesn't look like its going to happen.

they answered me twice and told me they would make it but they had other priorities. Now the new S-Works cranks are here, They probably will never see the light of day....to bad.

Would be the cherry on my cake (Bike)

Wolf Tooth and Carbon-Ti already make them for S-Works/Lightning.

The Wolf tooth are heavy and I've seen them come in way over the claimed weight. The Carbon Ti is very expensive. Had AB done one like they did the Hollowgram DM rings it would have been great.

SNC-CNC works (a portuguese company) have chainrings and cassete chainring at a good price, for this transformation.

I don't know if can put here the site and facebook link, but if need, please send me pm and i reply.
