hi guys,

coming from a m960 crank, just moved on to the m985. on mounting it with a chris king bb, i find the gap at the non-drive side between the crank arm bolt and spindle to be much greater than the gap for m960's crank arm bolt/spindle. the gap is like 5mm in addition to the one on my m960 crank; is this normal? im on a 68mm bb shell, and have read the instruction manuals for both the bb and crank arm. nothing wrong with my setup (2 spacers drive side, 1 non-drive). i have also checked that there are no gaps between the crank arm and bb on the drive side.

is this normal? :s
