Without getting into a debate about the merits of various wheel sizes, can anyone tell me who makes the smallest production 29er frameset? I'm curious if there is anything smaller than a 15" frame readily available for a rider under 5 ft tall.

I just purchased a specialized fate in a size 15. Stand over clearance is pretty good compared to other
29er model's that I could find in small sizes.

Under 5ft is pretty tough. Doesn't Niner make an XS or XXS?

The Yackle Brother, out of New mexico, are 10 and 12 years old respectively. They both won their age groups at the US MTB National Championship last year in Idaho on Jamis 29ers. But the bikes look huge for them. Obviously it didn't slow them down any.
