Anybody know if or what conversion kit would work to use an x9 hub with a 20mm hub on another fork requiring 100mm X 15mm. I see on a SRAM PDF that maybe there are options for this but haven't found anything for sale online. Maybe something from another company might work I see Chris king and hope make a few options and wonder if the bearings and hubs are similar.

Can you find a machine shop and ask them to machine a pair of spacers with reduced axle diameter to fit? We've done it a couple of times for various combinations of hub / fork and it works.
