Help! Need Trek ABP 142x12mm Maxle Parts for 2011 Top Fuel

Can anyone point me in the right direction for the conversion parts needed to make my 2011 Top Fuel 9.7 compatible with a 142x12mm Maxle? The frameset came with the parts for the 135mm ABP skewer, but my wheels are 142x12. I have found the 135mm conversion kit for sale everywhere which leads me to believe the 142x12 is standard. But mine didn't come with it. Help!

You need part # 427343 from Trek. Comes with new hanger, non drive side 'sleeve' and the bearings for that pivot. $46.99 in Canada.

Do you need the skewer as well?
