It's a 1998 Sid with Englund internals. Only 63mm of travel though :cry: . I do need to replace it, it just doesnt perform as well as a newer updated fork.

Yes! I'm using the same fork with standard internals (overhauled and retuned by HippieTech) for my son's bike. He's only 65 pounds so I light fork that isn't as stiff as a "modern" fork works really well. If you don't have kids, there is a pretty good market for these forks among bike geeks who do. We rebuilt mine to work with a 24" wheel and 60mm of travel. It has been the perfect fork for this application.
