Hollowgram crank on BSA frame
Moderator: Moderator Team
Found this the other day, and since the Cannondale cranks are a WW favorite, thought it might be of interest to some folks. It seems to allow you to use a Hollowgram crank on a regular 73mm BSA frame. $200 or so for a ceramic BB, plus the axle seems like a reasonable price to me.
donno what brand is this.. but ZIPP does this conversion kit years...
Not exactly pure Weightweenie.... but still crazy enought to hunt every possible gram (used to be, but still like reasonably light bikes )

I would love to find a kit like that for a 68mm BSA BB. I decided to go BSA for now on my new 29er build but there must be a way to go BB30 since Zipp is BB30 technically and it works on all road frames.

That is the Zipp Vuma BB tool in that kit, or at least a splitting image.
I would not be surprised if these are, in some part, a vumaquad BB copy/Zipp BB30 conversion copy.
