I recently had an IF 29er made with a large 68mm BB. I mounted a Truvativ Pressfit 30BB and have a C'dale Hollowgram 2x10 setup. Apparently, I need more spacers on the non-drive side. My questions are:

1. Do I need to use the thin black "dust seal" washers (the ones with text on them)
2. Where do I get additional spacers (or a shorter axle)?
3. Is there an official manual for this type of setup?

The answer is basically add more until all play goes away but binding isn't an issue. Get close with the thicker black ones, and add white until this happens. Any cannondale dealer should have more spacers lying around. Most shops will as well, since, these spacers are often provided with PF/BB30 bottom brackets.
