This has been discussed many times...
You certainly can but it's not exactly straight forward or cheap. You need a special crank spindle. There have been a few around but from memory I think the only place selling them not 'made to order' are Dr Cannondale: http://www.cannondale-parts.de/epages/61764971.sf/en_US/?ObjectPath=/Shops/61764971/Products/KP094
The custom spindle moves the bearing seats further out to suit outboard cups or wide pressfit shells. From memory the spindles are more than double the price of what you can get standard models for. Then to suit the 30mm spindle you need special bearings with a reduced outer diameter.
These are THM but I think Lightning and maybe a few others make their own too.
Honestly, with the extra pennies involved with the custom spindle pushing the total cost up quite a bit, I'd rather save a little more a wait for these to come out (That is unless you already have the Cannondale arms and spider):
If the pricing is similar to their respective road versions, it's not likely to cost heaps more and it's got way more bling.

What kind of rings are on the Hollowgram you are weighing? They look very cool and light. Do you have a weight on just the rings, also where I would be able to get them?
