i weighed my shoes and crampon pedals today.

the shoes and pedals together are 915 grams

how does this compare to most pedal and shoe sets ?

Rocket 7 MTB size 41 + CB cleats = 513.7g
Eggbeater 4Ti = 168.1g
Total = 681.8g

... but the weight is not the advantage over flat pedals. Just ask any one who seriously races. :wink:

yes,
i have boxes of clipless pedals and cycling shoes. i never liked them.
