Yes, I hit a tree the first week I got it which was in late february and I took another hit yesterday at a race!

It's only a piece of carbon,you can cut it out(of course from second side too),everythink should be ok,you will have only more narrow handlebar.

It says that the non-bar end friendly handlebar can't be cut down! So, I'm not sure what to do.

sell it to me for cheap and I'll let you know if it knocks all my teeth out.
sell it to me a bit more expensive than the previous gentlemen and i'll repair it. Back in 2008 I already did so to my EC90 (it was even to a worse condition), and i'am still riding it safe until this day.
weight concerned = good, weight obsessed = bad!

I put a barend cap before my ride to today and It seemed to held up alright, for now.
