Yes, I hit a tree the first week I got it which was in late february and I took another hit yesterday at a race! :cry:

It's only a piece of carbon,you can cut it out(of course from second side too),everythink should be ok,you will have only more narrow handlebar.

It says that the non-bar end friendly handlebar can't be cut down! So, I'm not sure what to do.

sell it to me a bit more expensive than the previous gentlemen :) and i'll repair it. Back in 2008 I already did so to my EC90 (it was even to a worse condition), and i'am still riding it safe until this day. :wink:

I put a barend cap before my ride to today and It seemed to held up alright, for now.
