I have been looking for a wide flat handlebar, 640mm or so. I am pretty interested in a 3T XIDA, any other suggestions?

Have a look at these http://mtzoom.com/handlebars/ultimate-carbon-flat-bar/
580mm is 85g.
640mm is 97g.
Add 4g for the bar-end friendly versions.
And not silly expensive either.

640mm isn't exactly wide, my "wide" 700mm aren't even wide anymore!

ditto. I'm after something ~700mm with a pretty good sweep. I'm thinking salsa maybe.

Enve is really nice. As is the new Niner RDO carbon bar. Both have 9 deg sweep and are wide... but can be cut down as needed.
