I don't see why not. They are strong enough, no rust and save weight. Go for it

Starbike sells the kit for what I think is a reasonable price too:

I did it a couple of seasons ago and have no problems. The only comment I can add is to make sure you get screws with rounded heads. I initially had stem mounting bolts with sharp edges and my knee would get cut up whenever it grazed the stem.

The F109 comes with Ti bolts, so I would assume there isn't an issue from a durability stand point, considering how Syntace tests their products. They seem to be the same design, except for the different handlebar clamping diameter, and they even offer Ti bolts and as option for the F99. I did have issues with the F109 slipping on my steerer, on the other hand, and have since replaced the stem, so that may have been an issue with that could be at least partially attributed to the Ti bolts (yes, I own and use torque wrenchs on my bike).

Have had Titainium bolts on my F99 75mm for the past 18 months and it has been sound touch wood (Touches wood).

Don't think it would be a problem either.

yes, the Chinese/Taiwanese bolts have cut threads which are not as strong as rolled threads but that should not be a worry - most bolts I've seen fail shear as opposed to the thread being stripped off (no doubt there will be lots of post saying otherwise!!). I am using Ti bolts but so far not yet on steerer the or bar clamp. (oh, and don;t even think of aluminium alloy for these!)

In UK try Tibolts (Superstar components) and Probolt.

I bought some asian ti bolts. Do I have to use ti prep grease?

Ideally yes but I personally have always just made sure there was some type of grease on the threads.

I use finish line grease that has never been a problem with me.
